Anxiety begets idleness

That’s why it’s important to always have a goal. Without a goal, the anxiety brought upon by the multitude of “important” tasks can be crippling. Then nothing gets done at all. Or rather, what’s urgent gets done, and life becomes a rat-race of anxiety-filled urgency.

Prioritize your task list by working towards your goal. Focus on what’s important and let go of the rest.
